Maximising Training Attendance

Built in partnership with Medway Council to replace their iShare system we built over 5 years ago, Smarter Training is an online tool to give training providers a platform to advertise opportunities to suitable audiences within the public sector. Within the South East it was common that multiple organisations would be running the same courses, all with attendance less than capacity. The system was built to allow training opportunities to be visible across the region an, in turn, reducing under-capacity and thus saving resources and money.
