With public health provision falling within the Council remit a few years ago, we developed a tool to centralise all client data relating to services offered. Replacing the variety of spreadsheets and disparate ways in which data was often being collated by teams, Smarter Public Health gives the council a holistic view of public health in their area. This allows services to be adapted and budgets adjusted around evidence driven from the system. A powerful API allows public-facing websites to offer self-serve booking options for relevant services.
